I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership in Riverside Pilots, Inc. (the CLUB). I give the above information to the CLUB, upon which it can rely to consider my membership, and I authorize the CLUB to release it to its insurance carriers and/or others at its discretion in the normal course of CLUB business.
I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the CLUB, the FAA, and of all government agencies. I agree not to use the aircraft for business or any illegal purpose. Membership fees total $3,500.00, as follows:
- Non-refundable initiation fee: $3,000.00
- Refundable security deposit: $500.00
Payment instructions will be sent by the club upon membership approval.
I understand the CLUB charges monthly dues to approximate the cost of ownership of CLUB aircraft. The current monthly total is $245.00. The aircraft hourly rate reflects the approximate cost of operation per hour; hourly rates fluctuate based upon current fuel prices. All fees are fixed by the Board of Directors and may be changed as necessary.
I understand that I may resign from the CLUB at any time after being accepted as a member by submitting a letter of resignation to the Board of Directors. My security deposit will be refunded, less any outstanding charges due to the CLUB, within twelve (12) months after acceptance of my resignation by the Board of Directors. I understand that the time between resignation acceptance and return of my deposit may be changed by the Board of Directors. I understand that, among other things, the security deposit is to guarantee payment of any accidental damage to CLUB aircraft while under my control and not covered by insurance. I understand that my limit of liability to the CLUB for any such damage is $500.00.
